Deliver powerful results
To achieve our vision, we are searching for Music Teachers with a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience, and mastery of music.

Responsibilities:

Execute a vision of excellence in music, working with leaders and teammates to craft inquiry-based and rigorous lessons that inspire passion and joy in all students
Build a classroom culture that fosters students’ genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families
Assist with whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as needed
Use-data driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievement
Develop authentic, meaningful relationships with students and families to support student growth
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development opportunities with leaders and colleagues to benefit from feedback that will help you grow as an educator
Lead a strong after-school music program that furthers students' passion and skill set

The start date for this position is July 2025. The salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience teaching in a lead capacity in a school and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
